    I use Venmo Business @threelionsphysicaltherapy which allows for a tap and pay option or you can scan the QR code.

  • A 60 minute session designed to gather as much relevant information regarding your current injury.

    The creation of a personalized rehabilitation program with access to a digital copy through your patient portal.

    The establishment of short and long term goals to provide a clear path moving forward.

  • A 60 minute session including manual therapy, functional movement/exercise, other adjunct treatment modalities, and progression of your rehabilitation program.

    Each session will include a brief re-evaluation to properly dose and adjust your specific program.

  • We shall adjust your plan as needed and should you not need as many visits as planned and you paid upfront you shall be reimbursed for the unused visits.

    If you need more visits we can create a new plan as the rehab process is unpredictable at times as everyone heals differently. Through your initial treatment plan we will re-assess at each visit as this will provide accurate information for your timeline and give you as accurate a picture as possible of your rehab plan.

  • You do not. You can have a diagnosed injury or just notice that something hurts or feels irritated when you are active.

  • I will come to you with all my equipment. This way you don’t have to block multiple hours of your day traveling to and from the clinic and for the appointment.

    Or if you prefer we can meet at the gym I attend Colfax Strong so long as Chad and Esther, the owners, are aware and you are comfortable being in a potentially loud environment.
