The creation of a personalized rehabilitation program with access to a digital copy through your patient portal.
The establishment of short and long term goals to provide a clear path moving forward.

A 60 minute session including manual therapy, functional movement/exercise, and progression of your rehabilitation program.
Each session will include a brief re-evaluation to properly dose and adjust your specific program.

You can keep the remaining visits for follow up at a later date.
You can get those remaining visits refunded if you have already paid for them.
You can cancel any remaining visits with no fee or charge
I would recommend using them at a later date in case there are any lingering issues or a new issue arises.

You do not. You can have a diagnosed injury or just notice that something hurts or feels irritated when you are active.
